Order

Have you found a product that you would like to order? Great! Click on the product, select the colour and the amount.

Do you want to take a look at the rest of the products? Then, click on 'add to shopping cart'. Note: the products in your cart will not be reserved for you! When you placed all the desired products in your cart and you want to place your order, click on the 'cart' button in the right top corner of your screen to go to the cart page. Here, you can make changes in your order or go forward with paying for your order.

Would you like to order the product and pay for it straight away? Click on 'buy now', it will send you straight to the payment page.

 

No, but it's easier of course! Since you can see all your previous orders and make a wishlist.

 

We will do our very best to restock our products as soon as possible. When the product you desire is still sold out and you would like to be sure that you are in time when it is restocked, send us an email to preorder!

 

This could have multiple reasons. Sometimes the reason is that your data is not entered correctly, that's why it's good to check if you entered everything correctly. If this is the case and your order still can't be placed, reach out to us and we'll be happy to help you!

We use the following payment options:

In case you're not sure if your payment was successful, first check:

- your own bankaccount to check if the amount has been debited

Delivery

We will do everything in our power to give you the fastest delivery possible. However, we also depend on different postoffices. If you place your order before 14.00 (on weekdays), we do our best to ship it the same day.

The average delivery times are:

1-4 workdays:
The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland.

1-8 workdays:
Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romenia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Sweden.

 

This depends on the size of your package. When it fits through the mailbox, your delivery will be send this way. Otherwise, it will be send by package service.

 

In the Netherlands you have FREE shipping. If your order is over €50,- and your delivery destination is Belgium or Germany your delivery is also free!

If your order is under €50,- or you have a different delivery destination, we share delivery costs and you pay:

Yes, this could be the case since these are peak periods for all post offices. Post offices often have a delay in their delivery time. So, it can be the case that our actual delivery period deviates from our usual delivery period.

 

We ship inside the EU!

 

In case you've already placed your order successfully, but accidently entered the wrong address: please contact us. In the case that your order hasn't been shipped yet, we could still change your address.

 

Yes, you can (except for letterbox post)! A track & trace email will be send to the emailadress that you enter in the billing information section.

Haven't received a track & trace email after 2 workdays? It could end up in your spam box. If it's not there, please get in contact with us via chat!

 

Since we use different postoffices, we are also depending on them. It could be that they have a problem or delay in their shipment and your shipment could be later because of this.

However, if you haven't received your order after 8 days, please contact us and we'll check how we could help you further.
 

Was your order incomplete/incorrect/ damaged when you opened it? Get in contact with us within 14 days and we'll help you as soon as possible.

 

Giftcards and teethers (because of hygiene) cannot be returned.

Returns

Was your order incomplete/incorrect/ damaged when you opened it? Get in contact with us within 14 days and we'll help you as soon as possible.

Would you like to return your order for any other reason? Please get in contact with us first. Returns will only be accepted when the following conditions are met:

- You got in contact with us
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- There is a valid reason to return the product
- It is not a giftcard or teethers (non-returnable items)
- We have accepted your return request
After accepting your return, we will send you a return label via mail.

Unfortunately you cannot exchange your order. When the conditions above are met, you can return the product and, when accepted, we will refund you the money you paid for he returned product. Hereafter, you can reorder your product.

The costs of returns are for the customer.
