Was your order incomplete/incorrect/ damaged when you opened it? Get in contact with us withing 14 days and we'll help you as soon as possible.

Would you like to return your order for any other reason? Please get in contact with us first. Returns will only be accepted when the following conditions are met:
- You got in contact with us
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- There is a valid reason to return the product
- It is not a giftcard or bitering (non-returnable items)
- We have accepted your return request

After accepting your return, we will send you a returnlabel via mail.

Unfortunately you cannot exchange your order. When the conditions above are met, you can return the product and, when accepted, we will refund you the money you paid for he returned product. Hereafter, you can reorder your product.
